I only use your details to get back to you about your trip.

Who runs the site

I do, Richard Seager, skipper of Out the Blue Boat Charters, St Peter Port Harbour, Guernsey. contact@boatfishing.net · 07781 104356.

What's collected

Only what you put in the enquiry form, which is your name, phone, email, trip, dates, how many of you and your message.

What I do with it

I use it to reply to you and sort out your trip. I don't sell it or pass it on, and I won't put you on a mailing list.

Where it's kept

The form goes through Netlify, who host the site, and they email your message on to me. I delete enquiries once I've no more need of them.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. If you press "Show map", Google Maps loads inside the page and Google may set its own cookies. The map stays off until you ask for it.

Maps

The contact-page map loads from Google Maps only when you press "Show map".

Your rights

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete your details, by email or phone. If you're not happy with how I've handled them, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority in Guernsey.
